We are an energetic company formed to commercialise a new modern method of construction ‘MMC’ and aspiring to help improve society.
We were set up with the objective to build communities on public sector owned land. Our Living Pods are designed with the ability to be combined to create Pod clusters for many uses including NHS key workers, refugee families, homeless, prison leavers and any vulnerable people who need a safe and secure home. These modern homes are purpose built to be energy efficient, robust and comfortable.
We employ and train prisoners on day release and ex-offenders paying them full wages for their work . By paying the prisoners full wages, the government is receiving PAYE and National insurance contributions and 40% of their net wages is paid to The Victims Fund. We are doing this to break the reoffending cycle to positively change their lives and help contribute to saving over £18 billion reoffending financial costs to society. There is no reduction in quality of our housing from this scheme as evidenced by our independently assessed and audited BOPAS certification.
