As a business grows, their need for a lawyer increases, from dealing with regulatory changes, to reviewing contracts, managing risks and of course managing disputes. But reaching this level can take a while and the need for regular legal advice continues to go up and down.
I offer a flexible in-house legal service that adapts to your needs at the same time, by being there when you need but offering greater certainty as to costs. This could either be as sole legal counsel or supporting an existing general counsel or even a project specific, short term basis. For example a review of the legal risks for a new product or service, a bid for a large contract, or even a simple business review of the main contracts underpinning key contracts for customers and suppliers.
The way it works is simple – you buy a number of days per month and during those days I’ll normally attend the offices and deliver the services. Outside of those hours, I tend to be available by email and telephone.
