MMK Mining Sarl is a mining company under Congolese law, specialising in support services, business intermediation in mines and mining operations, registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register under N°CD/KNM/RCCM/22-B-00279, with its registered office at Avenue paroisse N°04, Commune de Lemba - Righini; Kinshasa office: 14, Avenue Sergent Moke , Concession Safricas , rond point socimat - Ville Province de Kinshasa, République Démocratique du Congo. We work in partnership with IKUKU Mining SARL, a Congolese company and subsidiary of the COCAF Congo Capital Funds Group, which is our main financial and operational partner. We work in partnership with EUD INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION CIC, a company specialising in raising funds and arranging financial instruments. It is registered in London, England. We have signed a financial and commercial partnership agreement with them. We also worked in partnership with Fédéral Mining SARL, a Congolese company and subsidiary of Graphene Holdings Group USA Corporation, and they were our first financial and operational client and partner. We also worked in partnership with Kingdom Consulting Limeted (KC), a company registered in the UK that specialises in strategic advice on wealth management. They were one of our financial partners, and we subcontracted their intermediation and facilitation services to them.
