‘MMRTD: Multi-sensory Mixed Reality Therapy for Dementia’ is an award-winning VR-based non-pharmacological treatment and rehab tool for elderly patients with mild and moderate dementia. With a VR headset, patients can practice cognitive and physical skills simultaneously anytime and anywhere through 3 integrated therapy approaches: exercise, multi-sensory stimulation, and reminiscence therapy with multi-sensory stimulations including Olfaction, Auditory, and Visual in an immersive virtual environment with customized content.
