MMRT Property is a family-owned business we set up to provide a well-founded legacy for our son (Mason Michael Ray Toms, hence the company name!) We started our property journey in 2018 and spent the first 2 years learning about various property models, how to analyse what makes “right” deal and how to manage each deal with their associated risks and rewards. We spend time and money in learning – meeting leaders within the property investment field which is vital so we can learn from their experiences, successes and failures.
