On May 25, 2018, MSIN obtained an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to conduct its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 1,560,000,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share at an offering price of Rp500 per share. These shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on June 8, 2018, under the stock code 'MSIN'.
