On May 25, 2018, MSIN obtained an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to conduct its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 1,560,000,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share at an offering price of Rp500 per share. These shares were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on June 8, 2018, under the stock code 'MSIN'. MSIN, as the largest media content provider in Indonesia, has its core business in producing, developing, and distributing top-quality content and intellectual properties across all existing media platforms.
