Company has take over business licenses as broker-dealer, underwriter, and investment manager from PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk, which formally holds the majority stocks of the company. Engaged in financial services business, MNC Kapital is one of subsidiaries of MNC Corporation Group which diversified its business scope ranging from mass media, financial services, to primary energy resources such as oil/gas and coal.
