As an Indigenous controlled business, MNPA is committed to being a private sector catalyst for Indigenous inclusion and advancement, specifically in the Renewable Energy Sector. Our mission is to support the Indigenous community by hiring and developing bright, driven indivuals into professionals that can fill multiple management / professional roles in the new Renewable Energy Economy. We will help them grow beyond MNPA, and provide ongoing support and skills to help them change the world. We strive to empower Métis and Indigenous communities in building and operating renewable energy projects that are not just environmentally neutral, but environmentally advantageous. We are dedicated to our mission of collaborating with Stewards of the Land, including; farmers, ranchers, naturalists, and environmentally responsible traditional energy companies to ensure development always comes with an environmental benefit. We continue to be transparent with all aspects of the renewable energy business, through social media, remote learning, and energy market tracking and real time performance of MNPA’s renewable energy assets. In this way, we are able to show the world what renewable energy can be.
