MO CHASHI BHAI is an Initiative by Maruti Foods Training Centre (MFTC) and Maruti Foods for making agriculture more profitable & sustainable in Odisha by skilling & making farm women & migrant laborers of Odisha self-sufficient through diversified integrated farming systems and use of the right methods & technology. MO CHASHI BHAI works with farmers in each step of the agriculture value chain starting from crop planning to marketing of farm produce. MO CHASHI BHAI works in the following manner: -MO CHASHI BHAI provides training, advisory & market access to small and marginal farmers to make them profitable agripreneurs. -Many such farmers are collectivized to come together to form FPOs & cluster-based farmer franchises. -These enterprising farmers and FPOs then provide quality raw & semi-processed farm produce to MO CHASHI BHAI. -MO CHASHI BHAI provides market access to FPOs & enterprising farmers to make them profitable
