Mobi-tel 3G

Mobitel is Iraq’s newest mobile phone network. It was awarded a 3G mobile license by the Kurdistan Regional Government and has launched its services on February 2007. Mobitel Iraq is a young business, challenging the existing market and its practices. The 3G network means that it can offer a range of exciting new mobile services. Mobitel Iraq is the result of local and foreign investment that believes in the economicgrowth of Kurdistan region and Iraq. Backed by the will to rebuild a post-war Iraq, they are establishing a business that provides advanced products and services, being the first 3G operator in the region. Mobitel Iraq is planning to set high standards in the Telecom field within our country and region by applying the most recent technology of 3G, and active involvement in the society. They company launched the first 3.5G services too.
