Mobile Clinic at USC is dedicated to providing health resources and programming to residents at our partner shelters and providing community wide resources through health fairs and engagement events. Our programming is structured through a shelter and clinic model, through which health, wellness, and human connection are at the forefront of our mission.
We firmly believe that information is power. This is why we dedicate much of our efforts on making sure our patients understand their health conditions and have the adequate resources to access health care.
As we continue to expand and innovate, we want to ensure that we are always filling in gaps in the systems. This is the basis for our unique Shelter Specific Model (SSM) where each of our partners has a dedicated team of directors and members planning and hosting events throughout the year.
