About Anthony Guan

I'm a fourth-year Presidential Scholar at University of Southern California pursuing a degree in Human Development and Aging with minor in Spanish. My interests are centered around public health and medicine's role in promoting health and equity. Reflected in my work inside and outside the academic setting, I value the intersectionality between disciplines and employ innovative strategies to address complex issues within health care. Aligned with my interests in improving health outcomes within vulnerable and historically marginalized communities, I have created and coordinated affinity-based summer programs for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC teens that emphasize both identity development and leadership skills training.
