Mobile Holistic Healing Services

Mobile Holistic Healing Services target some of the factors causing chronic diseases in low-income communities including poverty, stress, lack of exercise,etc. We provide access to resources which assist with social determinants of health via our website, brochures and at community events. We also provide opportunities for exercise with our community nature walks at John Heinz National Wildlife Refugee as well as provide opportunities for stress management with our free community yoga, meditation, sound baths and painting events. All services are Free to participants and being provided throughout the areas being served.
