At the core of MHP’s mission is to contribute to the realization of EU’s 2030 and 2050 Net-Zero targets and milestones as well as the UN SDG goals. MHP contributes specifically to sustainable urban mobility and more liveable urban spaces. We help improve people’s quality of life, decarbonize mobility, and make local municipalities and neighbourhoods more attractive and competitive. Our focus is to provide infrastructure and real estate solutions to a sustainable urban mobility system in European towns (with an initial focus on locations with a population exceeding 50,000). Initially in Sweden and Germany. Our primary contribution is the MHP Off-Street Mobility Hub (“OSMH”). This is a next-generation mixed-use building typology. It combines urban mobility services with neighbourhood functions in one programmable, multi-storey structure. The building becomes strategic urban infrastructure with a valuable contribution to any urban neighbourhood: Urban Mobility Services: (01) Parking (incl.
