Our proprietary software enables customers to track repair progress, view estimated completion times, and select from multiple delivery options. Each repair is accompanied by a detailed technician report, documenting the issue, parts used, and repair duration. This thorough documentation enhances our repair efficiency and reduces customer waiting times. To ensure swift service, we partner with leading delivery companies (DHL, DPD, UPS, and Slovenian Post) for rapid part procurement and delivery. In Ljubljana, our two conveniently located service points allow easy device drop-off and pick-up.
