About Modal M – landlord and investor consulting Site evaluation, overall architectural planning, creative marketing strategies, tailored communication and publicity measures: A comprehensive provider of architectural services in the traditional sense, Modal M acts as consultant and general planner, managing every single construction and communication process to guarantee the successful renovation or expansion of existing properties or construction of new ones in the commercial sector. Leading investors, developers, landlords and owners from Germany, the rest of Europe and the USA, all with exacting standards, have been placing their trust in the Munich-based company since 2008. The 50-strong, interdisciplinary and international team specialises in offices, hotels and restaurants of all sizes. Modal M’s managing directors are Timo Brehme, Reiner Nowak and Malte Tschörtner. In addition to its headquarters in Munich, the company has branches in Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf and Vienna. Modal M is an active member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and sponsors the Society of Property Researchers (Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung – gif e.V.). The company has also been working together with the Faculty of Architecture at OTH Regensburg since 2014.
