مُدارسة

مُدارسة هو برنامج قانونيّ يهدف إلى تبادل المعارف والخبرات القانونية عبر لقاءاتٍ حضورية دورية متنوّعة تتعلق بالمجال القانوني، وتندرج تحت البرنامج ثلاثة مسارات: 1- حلقة مُدارسة: يُدعى عدد محدود من المتدارسين إلى حلقة مدارسةٍ تتناول نظامًا معيّنًا، يُحدد ويُعلن قبل اللقاء بوقت كافٍ؛ ليتناولوا أبرز وأهم ملامح ذلك النظام، ويناقشوا بعض التساؤلات التي مرّت بهم. 2- إرشاد مُدارسة: يهدف إرشاد مُدارسة إلى إرشاد الطلبة وحديثيّ التخرج نحو المجال المهني المناسب لهم عبر لقاءات تُعقد دوريًّا مع عددٍ من المختصين في قطاعات قانونيّة مختلفة؛ حيث يطرحون تجارِبهم بشكل مختصر، ثم ينقسم الحضور ليجلسوا مع كل مرشد في حلقة نقاش صغيرة تُطرح فيها الأسئلة. 3- لقاء مُدارسة: يهدف لقاء مُدارسة إلى دعوة مختص ذو باعٍ طويل في المجال القانوني ليحكي لنا تجرِبته في قطاعه القانونيّ وأهم ما يميزه عن القطاعات الأخرى، في جوّ بعيد عن الرسمية. Modarasah is a non-profit program catered towards legal student and recent law graduates. The program’s aim is to share legal expertise and knowledge through unique and creative methods. Modarasah consists of three main tracks which are: 1. Modarasah’s Seminar-A unique track in which student and recent graduates are invited in a discussion based seminar, where they tackle one of the prominent laws recently passed in the Kingdom. 2. Modarasah’s Mentorship-The second track of Modarasah’s program is a distinctive and unique mentorship program, where legal professionals in diverse sectors (Law Firms, Banks, Government entities. Etc.) are invited to share with the audience their personal experiences and what truly makes their respected fields unique and attractive. 3. Modarasah’s Interview-The third track of Modarasah’s Program consists of inviting a legal professional with an extensive and enriching experience in the legal field, allowing them to share their knowledge and expertise onto the audience.
