The project ModernaMente aims to raise awareness and discuss the challenges of the digital era, its dangers and benefits for the individual and collective construction of the human being, particularly amoung the young adults. Alongside, we seek to develop an overall well-being, particularly mental, aspiring to an active ageing.
Together with the Associação Olhar, we are building a partnership committed to support/guide young people to seek psychologists and adjust their emotions.
