Established in 1975, Modern Bakery began as a humble, family-run institutional bakery with a passion for traditional baking. Over the decades, it has grown to become the largest industrial bakery in the UAE while proudly maintaining its family values and commitment to quality.
From just 80 employees to a dedicated workforce of over 1,500, Modern Bakery has expanded its operations significantly. Today, we produce over 1 million buns and rolls daily, with a diverse portfolio of 2,500+ products ranging from traditional Arabic bread and sweets to pastries, cakes, muffins, biscotti, and health-focused specialty bread.
Our state-of-the-art industrial facility operates 24/7, 365 days a year, featuring fully and semi-automated production lines capable of handling high-volume demand with consistent freshness and quality.
