I would like to introduce the brand new company 'Modern Recruitment'. We are the latest recruitment company which offers a brand new up to date concept for companies looking to hire new employees. Rather than sending you countless CV's on emails, our process is a little different which will give you so much more of an understanding about the candidates. We gather the job details and ask the client to produce 5-8 questions which they'd like the candidate to answer. The questions can be specific to the role and/or about themselves and their personalities. We find suitable candidates and merge the short video answers into one whole video and then send over to the client along with the candidates CV. The client will know so much more about the candidate than what a piece of paper tells you; being able to see their personalities, sense of humour, manner, body language, eagerness and an all round feel for the person. Unsuccessful interviewing can waste so much time for both the hiring company and the interviewee. With our approach, you will essentially be skipping forward to the second interview stage when you look to meet with candidates. Pricing in the recruitment company industry can be very high. As a general rule, recruitment companies charge their clients between 10-30% of the employee's annual salary. We charge between 5-9.75%. Keeping our clients happy is our number one priority, and we know saving money is always something to be happy about! Having a small team which works from home, we have very little overheads, meaning we cannot justify charging more than what we feel is appropriate. We are also open to negotiations on our fees. For example, a percentage decrease for multiple employees which you hire through us within a year. We offer a full rebate for the rare occasion that the employment contract is cancelled within 1 week of hiring. We then lower the rebate amount with each week that the employee stays in employment with the client.
