Modify

Modify is a building redevelopment company with a focus on projects with potential for unique design. What we do: Acquire under loved buildings; envision new life through unique design; redevelop them; then move on to the next one. Types of projects: “Buildings with beds”, in other words: multifamily, mixed use, hotels, single room occupancy, and some single-family. What sets us apart: Immediate value beyond passive market appreciation. Our product is not only the building itself, it’s also the partnerships and the people involved. Foundation of the company: Women supporting women and prioritizing diversity. This means we get money into the hands of women and are intentional in who we chose as employees, contractors, architects, engineers, investors and exit strategy partners. At Modify we figure things out as we go, do work that matters, and create something bigger together than we could alone.
