At Modufab PUC Ltd we provide a complete end-to-end Prefabricated Utility Cupboard service, totally client led which offers;-
1) Design service - We can work with clients at all stages to develop a custom PUC product to suit each project. We design and develop structural frames, lifting and transport features, aesthetics, equipment configurations and provide 2D / 3D / BIM drawings / models alongside equipment schedules and wiring schematics for all of our projects.
2) Prototyping and approvals - once design(s) are agreed we also prototype physical products to seek client approval and sign-off.
3) Once a design is approved we source and stock bulk manufacturing resources and materials and ramp-up for manufacturing to schedule. Modufab also have ample storage capabilities and and build buffer stocks and vest stock for clients, as required.
4) We ALWAYS deliver to schedule. This is one of our "golden rules", as we understand the impact of delays to site. By delivering to schedule it further promotes the benefits of prefab. and assists clients in realising the maximum benefits of our product offer.
5) Once manufactured, we rigourosly test, inspect and Q.A each product before wrapping and packing. We also conduct our own deliveries to site. Beyond that we can even offer a site PUC positioning service, equipment commissioning services and much more besides.....a truely cradle to grave solution for all PUC needs.
