ModWood Technologies (ModWood), has been operating since 2001 and has a team of people including customer sales, administration and factory team members. ModWood is Australia’s largest manufacturer of wood/plastic composite products such as decking, marine boards and outdoor screens. ModWood uses home-grown technology based on the latest advances in additives for the wood/plastic industry from all over the world. It’s manufacturing plant is based in Campbellfield, Victoria, products are made using wood waste and post-consumer recycled plastic milk bottles. It uses in excess of 100 million waste milk bottles per annum. At ModWood we are really proud to be Australia’s largest manufacturer of wood-plastic composite products such as decking, outdoor screens and marina boards. People are increasingly turning to more sustainable building materials, making wood-plastic composites the go-to choice for residential and commercial builders. Manufactured right here in Melbourne, our products are composed 90 per cent of sawdust and recycled plastic milk bottles. We use more than 100 million waste milk bottles every year. Our products are not only environment friendly - they look and feel like natural timber, but require none of the maintenance of traditional woods, making them a great timber alternative.
