These foundational principles still guide us today. After moving to Cincinnati, we witnessed neglected historic districts that had tremendous potential. Inspired by our observations, we implemented a unique approach to revitalize and redefine these neighborhoods in a more cohesive manner. By combining the captivating Italianate architecture of these buildings with modern interior design elements, we attract a new generation of tenants, thus igniting regeneration in these areas. Our team's expertise stems from our educational background. We have achieved degrees in Real Estate and Finance, which serve as the cornerstone of our company. Additionally, our pursuit of a Master's in Business has equipped us with refined skills and knowledge that propel us to the next level.
