Mofid Pharmaceutical company

Ava Pharmaceutical Laboratory was opened in 1962 as per Health Center Establishment License and in accordance with the conveyance contract, it was transferred to Modava Pharmaceutical Company (Ltd.), registered under No. 16981 with Tehran Companies Registration and Industrial Ownership Department in 1973. Modava Pharmaceutical Company took an action to attract partnership from international valid pharmaceutical companies for developing its activities, which finally it succeeded to enter into contract for producing under the license of the products of Novartis as a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company and Desitin Company in Germany in 2011 and 2012. This company, pursuing its development plant of its under-the-license products and aiming to increase domestic production, proceeded to launch its new site. Finally, the second site as a new producing company and entitled Shafayab Group was separated from the parent company in 2016 and was opened under the name of Modava Pharmaceutical Company (Ltd.) under the license of Novartis, and the first site as Teb Mofid Nikan Pharmaceutical Company (Mofid Pharma.) commences its activities from 2017. This company proceeded to produce solid drugs after complete reconstruction of production lines and devices, water and air treatment systems based on the latest systems of GMP.
