In 2008, Mojtaba and Mehdi were undergraduate accounting students. They realized that students were facing a serious problem when entering the labor market. Mojtaba with a rank of 27 and Mehdi with a rank of 23 were admitted to the university for a master's degree.
The purpose of setting up Mohaseban was to empower accountants to enter the labor market professionally. Later, with changes in tax laws, training of lawyers and tax consultants became part of the main goals, as well as employer ignorance of insurance and labor laws and employers' repeated requests to accountants. Mastery of labor and insurance laws led to the launch of a human resources consultant training course.
Objectives of the Mohaseban
Training powerful accountants and financial managers and introducing them to economic enterprises was the basis for the creation of Mohaseban.
