Moisture Intrusion Solutions is now Salas O'Brien. Our team provides independent third party consulting, observation and testing specializing in the waterproofing of the exterior building envelope. Our professional and knowledgeable team provides our clients/partners with over 100 years of combined waterproofing knowledge and expertise from within the senior management of he company. We are a team member working with the Architects, Developers and General Contractors from conceptual design through completion of the building envelope to prevent current and future moisture intrusion and resulting litigation issues. Our firm offers a wide array of services that include Document Support Services, AAMA and ASTM Testing, Job Site Observations, Thermal Imaging, Vector Mapping and Drone Observation Services. Our 12 professional offices are based across the US from Florida to Mid-Atlantic Region and Seattle West Coast.
