We are engaged in a multi-generation process to improve well- being around the globe, using the following definition:
"A person has well-being if they, and those they value, have and can reasonably expect to continue to have more moments of joy than moments of misery."
As a first step, we are starting a multi-year journey of body, mind, heart, and spirit to gain insights into who people in every life circumstance value, what gives them joy, and what gives them misery. We plan to meet over 1,000 people altogether, and to synthesize our resulting insights into conclusions and recommendations - which may vary widely by life circumstance - that people can follow in order to increase their joy and decrease their misery.
