We are company with a wide range of natural products for well being. We are specialised on grinding fresh flours from 20 different organic grains, on stone mill. For grinding we use organic certified grains: spelt, rye, buckwheat, amaranth, tapioca, rice, corn, millet, oat, barley, Kamut (Khorasan wheat), quinoa (red, white and black one) and wheat. On the other hand, our company is also specialised for many different diets and lifestyles, like for example celiac disease is. For this kind of disease or allergy on gluten, we have special stone mill, where we produce a high quality and gluten free flours and grains, which are certified as organic and tested on gluten (which is laboratory tested and results are below 5 ppm). We can guaranty very good quality of our fresh flours - they are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals and very nutritious. Our grains are organically produced from local farmers, but some of them (especially gluten free grains) are still imported from other countries.
