In South Africa, there is a lot of room for improvement within the world of work. At Moladira Skills, we want to be part of the many change-organisations making a meaningful contribution to the sector. We aim to increase the number of new job opportunities through various programmes within the SMME and informal sector. Our mission is to accelerate the time it takes to fill roles, accelerate the increase in new opportunities for the unemployed, and stimulate SMME growth by leveraging legislation. Moladira Skills was founded in 2016 by Douglas James. Douglas has extensive experience within the Flexible Recruitment and Skills Development industries. He has worked for companies such as Kelly Group, where he was instrumental in creating and implementing alternative sourcing solutions for corporate clients that speak to the changes within the Labour Legislation.
