A Legacy of Innovation Moldow’s story began with the merger of two industry specialists – H. Moldow A/S, founded in 1921 with a strong export focus, and Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik A/S, established in 1960 and known for its Danish market presence and industrial fan production. In 2003, Jørgen Hansen Maskinfabrik acquired Moldow, combining expertise to create the company we are today. In 2015, Moldow acquired B. Bille and Barker Jørgensen and established BarkerBille A/S. The following year, Moldow’s fan department was merged into BarkerBille, creating a dedicated company specialized in industrial fans.
