Low energy consumption
The multi-blade rotor of Molinari mills acts with a gradual impact on the counter-blades. Compared to traditional single-blade mills, with certain manufacturing processes the customer can save up to 50% in energy consumption given the same productive output.
Bulky bodies without pre-shredding
Molinari machines can directly grind certain large bodies such as cisterns (1000x1000x1000 mm), 200 l drums, bumpers, all kinds of drawers and PVC pipes with a diameter of up to 800 mm and 6.50 m long.
Less dust in the product
Thanks to the special shearing angle of the blades, during the grinding phase Molinari machines deliver a cleaner product and reduce dusts by as much as 25% with respect to the traditional blade mill.
Low coarseness
The rotor type and the special shearing angle of the blades allow the operator to work with grids with very small bores, thus returning a product with low granulometry (between 2.5 and 3 mm) and supplying high productivity, especially with tire rubber.
