Molinny was founded in 2023 by two registered social workers to provide mental health training and consulting to businesses and organizations that are invested in the mental well-being of their staff and community. Our services are tailored to the specific needs of each business, combining evidence-based strategies and creative approaches to help our clients create a safe, healthy, and productive work environment. We bring our experience, expertise and knowledge to each project, helping our clients make an impact in the lives of their employees. We are a small Canadian business, but we think big.
