Patrick Molloy FRICS was set up in 1964 providing a full quantity surveying and construction cost control service for the entire Mid West region. Founded and based in the heart of Limerick City, MolloyQS provide comprehensive suite of construction cost management tools which have been refined and improved since inception of the practice. MolloyQS have been at the forefront of Developments in the Quantity Surveying profession and the Irish Construction Industry. Our scope of work covers the main construction sectors such as renovation and restoration, residential, education, tourism, leisure, commercial and health projects. MolloyQS aim is to provide a quality service to the client and each member of the design team to ensure that cost is kept within the approved budget. The aim is achieved by personal involvement of partners and staff, attention to detail and continous development. MolloyQS do not price or prepare tenders for Contractors or Sub contractors. Unlike most other surveying firms we are 100% independent and are strictly private quantity surveyors. We believe that to give impartial and unbiased advice and assessment of contractors we cannot be on their payroll. MolloyQS believe this to be the pillar on which practice operates.
