Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing

Mission, Vision, and Core Values: MOLN is dedicated to influencing health care by advancing professional nursing leadership. Our mission addresses facilitating the professional development of nursing leaders. This is achieved through district and statewide meetings and conferences. MOLN also works collaboratively with other nursing organizations as another facet of the mission of MOLN. Our vision is to be the primary organization for professional nurse leaders in Minnesota.
