The new brand of Gruppo MutuiOnline, a European leader in in transparency, innovation, technology. Founded in 2000 by Alessandro Fracassi and Marco Pescarmona, the company represents a business case of a startup which became the first fintech unicorn in Italy. Listed on Italian Stock Exchange since 2007, the company was born from the intuition of the two founders to launch the first online mortgage broker in Italy, followed by the strategic vision to expand the business to the outsourcing, and finally the decision to broaden to other “verticals” in online comparison and in BPO. Since its foundation, the company had the clear mission to innovate the financial services industry, leveraging on technology, operational excellence, independence, and superior execution capability.
