We are a collaborative initiative between a startup and researchers from the Institute of Human Studies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Our goal is to bridge the gap between the healthcare system, specialists, and mothers during the postpartum period.
We are developing a virtual assistant that combines evidence-based resources with AI technology to provide support in mental health, parenting, and well-being. This virtual assistant simulates conversations with specialists, offering trusted information, validation, coping strategies, and early screening to determine when and what type of specialized help is needed. Often, mothers do not seek help until their problems become difficult to manage; our solution ensures timely intervention through psychological education.
We aim to expand this to comprehensive support, including health prevention at key stages of women's health such as fertility, pregnancy, and menopause, as well as other health topics, making women's psychological and physiological health more accessible.
