After battling postpartum depression and anxiety, social media became and an unsafe place for me. There was little talk about the struggling of parenthood and mental health differences. Social media was just a snap hot of perfection in everyone’s lives. So comparison was natural and I was dialing. I started my page to let others know they weren’t alone if they weren’t perfect.
