MOMO RUNNING

At MOMO, we’re building something we couldn’t find anywhere else: a way to make virtual running fair, real, and rewarding, for everyone involved. We’re runners ourselves. We’ve seen how virtual races grew quickly, especially after the pandemic, but also how broken they are: no proper validation, no real competition, and zero meaningful incentives. So we decided to fix it. MOMO Running combines smart hardware with a simple idea: if you put in the effort, it should count. Our battery-free, maintenance-free sensors and mobile app can turn any park, trail, or city route into a verified race. That means runners can compete from anywhere and trust that their performance is recorded fairly. Coaches can support and track clients remotely and grow their business. Organizers can launch scalable events without race-day logistics. We’re a small but focused team of four founders and three advisors, spread between Europe and the U.S. What unites us is a love for the sport, a competitive spirit, and a drive to build something that actually makes a difference in people’s lives. We’re ambitious, but we’re also having fun doing it. At our core, we believe effort should be rewarded, not just with medals or times, but with recognition, access, prizes, and opportunities.
