Monaghan & Associates is a culmination of my long career, starting in financial services and moving on to include the auto industry. My life on the road, away from my family and community, took its toll, and I’m excited to be back home helping our community. Personal relationships were the motivation that drove me to become an Allstate representative. My dear friend was my insurance agent, and with my background, owning an agency was the perfect fit. Our goal at Monaghan & Associates is to be folks' first and last call. We value the reliable service of others through a culture that fosters empathy, professional curiosity, and an attitude of gratitude. My wife and I were born and raised in Englewood, Ohio, and moved to Centerville with our two daughters. Springboro is one of the finest communities in the Dayton area. Businesses want to be here, and people love living here. Dayton is the “Birthplace of Aviation,” and Springboro is a wonderful suburb of the Gem City. Fall is one of the finest seasons to explore the festivals and events in and around the area. My family is filled with avid sports fans of the Buckeyes, Bobcats, and Bengals, as well as every team our girls, nieces, or nephews are on. When we’re not working, you can find us at local fields, courts, and pitches around Dayton. I love this area. My family has been in Dayton or the surrounding suburbs for generations. I love going out to the local parks, museums and all the events and festivals around Dayton. Being active in the local community is also important to me. I spend most of my time with my girls' school. My wife and I coach and are ambassadors for the school to welcome new families to the community. Stop by the office or give us a call.
