We handle sales and loan closings, issue title insurance policies for purchasers and lenders, and provide settlement services for single-family home buyers, historic homes, condominium and subdivision developers, and substantial commercial acquisitions, developments and repurposing projects. Monarch Title, L.L.C. is the in-house title company of Mentz | Simmons Law Group, L.L.C. The attorneys at Mentz | Simmons assist in the transactional process by curing title issues, filing successions, creating condominiums, and providing legal counsel to complete the transaction, all in the efforts of getting transactions completed as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible.
