- Mondlicht Vodka, made with barley malt, inspired by Scottish single malts, as it is a high quality cereal, it reduces the incidence of hangovers and feeling unwell the next day.
Its production process begins through fermentation with exclusive yeasts, after fermentation, the must undergoes 5 distillations in copper stills that serve to generate complexity, at the end of the distillation the spirit rests for 24 hours, after this rest we filter through 5x on charcoal activated mineral, to then standardize Mondlicht Vodka at 40% alcohol content using water from a natural source.
- Mondlicht London Dry Gin, we use selected grain alcohol with 50% alcohol content, we prepare a mixture of botanicals with: juniper imported from Germany, coriander from Argentina, a mix of peppers, Moscato grapes and other hand-selected spices, we leave it to macerate for 4 days, after which we distill in a copper still slowly, after this process the gin rests for 24 hours, we filter it through ceramic filters to give it shine, we standardize it with water from a natural source at 45%.
- Mondlicht Cachaça, it is a blend of cachaças aged in barrels made from different types of wood, including American oak, French oak and amburana, bringing a lot of complexity and citrus notes. Try it, and be surprised!
