Founded in 2010, the Mongol Ecology Center (MEC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Mongolia’s natural and cultural heritage. We work through innovative conservation programs, protected area management, and youth-focused initiatives to ensure the long-term protection of the country’s diverse landscapes.
Our mission is to create lasting impact by empowering local communities—especially young people—to become environmentally conscious leaders. Starting with local actions, we strive to implement solutions that inspire positive change on a global scale.
