Add to this the reality that 1 in 3 of us will develop some form of dementia as we age, of which 66% of that number will be female 🤯 JOIN ME ON A MISSION My name is Monica Rose aka Shameless Mind Boss, and I’m on a mission to turn these numbers around, will you work with me to make this happen? I'm about making prevention better than cure. Having personally been through a number of episodes, I know too well the impact of burnout on career, earning and relationships. I've followed the advice, and still do: ✅ Get a good night's sleep ✅ Practice gratitude ✅ Exercise ✅ Meditate ✅ Get out in nature These all work to minimise the physiological symptoms of burnout, but we are not shown how to effectively prevent future episodes. Until now. I teach women how to stop burnouts for good by following 3-simple steps that actually rewire the brain AGAINST burnouts: ✋STOP 😶SILENCE 🦉SAGE When a woman is able to masterfully apply these steps she is: 💎 No longer a victim of repeat burnouts 💎 Quicker to bounce back in stressful situations 💎 A more confident communicator 💎 Better at making decisions for herself This is how we turn these numbers around to make more Procurement Women success statistics and not burnout ones. The added bonus, when women learn they share their knowledge. This is the ripple affect of this work, changing the trajectory of women's health and wealth every day.
