Add to this the reality that 1 in 3 of us will develop some form of dementia as we age, of which 66% of that number will be female 🤯 JOIN ME ON A MISSION My name is Monica Rose aka Shameless Mind Boss, and I’m on a mission to turn these numbers around, will you work with me to make this happen? I'm about making prevention better than cure. Having personally been through a number of episodes, I know too well the impact of burnout on career, earning and relationships. I've followed the advice, and still do: ✅ Get a good night's sleep ✅ Practice gratitude ✅ Exercise ✅ Meditate ✅ Get out in nature These all work to minimise the physiological symptoms of burnout, but we are not shown how to effectively prevent future episodes. Until now.
