They’re also an excellent way for Kalamazoo-area employers to build a pipeline of local talent to remain relevant in an ever-changing, ever-competitive global economy. The Monroe-Brown Foundation understands the pivotal role scholarships and internships play in the success of students, businesses, and our community. Our ultimate goal is twofold: to help students pursuing higher education realize their full potential and to encourage these same students to build meaningful careers right here in Kalamazoo.
