The Monroeville Business Development Center represents eight award-winning automotive dealerships. Family owned and operated since 2008, the Monroeville Business Development Center stands by its values to service the customers of five Pittsburgh new and used Automotive dealerships including Monroeville Chrysler Jeep, Monroeville Dodge Ram, Monroeville Kia, Century 3 Chevrolet and Century 3 Kia. In addition to the five Pittsburgh area dealerships, we service the customers of Westside Kia and Westside Chevrolet of Katy Texas, as well as sales and service customers of Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Bartlett Tennessee. Generating customer traffic for sales and service is the primary goal of this company. The Monroeville BDC employs over 30 full time positions including sales & service agents plus management personnel. Departments include Service BDC Agents, with a primary goal of taking inbound phone calls and scheduling service appointments. Make daily outbound phone calls to confirm appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and follow up customer satisfaction phone calls. Sales BDC Phone Agents follow structured processes to create sold sales appointments by taking inbound phone calls. Responsibilities also include making a high volume of outbound phone calls and emails to prospective customers based on managed processes. Internet BDC Sales Agents focus on internet sales opportunities while maintaining follow up processes with a high volume of phone and email communications to create sold sales appointments. Flexible full time work schedules include day, evening and Saturday shifts. We strive to ensure that our team members have the support they need to succeed.
