Monshaat Development is an Egyptian Housing development company, General contractor and High-End Finishes and fit out contractor with its Architecture Designer "Blink Design Studio". Founded in 2018 in Cairo, Egypt, Monshaat started with Housing development, and expanded to the construction market by executing its owned real estate projects, performing the marketing and sales, and successfully has been able to satisfy more than 24 clients in the first 2 years with direct sales of residential units owned and constructed by Monshaat. In 2021, Monshaat construction expanded to general contracting, High-End Finishes for other clients/Companies. Monshaat Brings experience of more than 4 years in Market and more than 26 years of accumulated experience of practice in construction field by Its Founders, gained by being engaged with Mega national and multinational Projects and Companies in side Egypt and abroad.
