Founded in 2020, Montare Resources, LLC (“Montare”) is a private company engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas. Montare’s management has extensive industry experience having formed and managed multiple successful companies over the past four decades. Montare’s goal is to generate meaningful returns to its investors through cash distributions. Headquartered in Flower Mound, Texas. Montare currently owns and operates approximately 1,400 wells in the Central Basin Platform of Andrews County, Texas. Montare is creating additional value for its investors through the implementation of best operating and production practices and the reworking of the existing wells. Montare intends to further enhance the value to its investors through future development drilling and the implementation of an enhanced recovery program.
