One of the largest physician groups in the New York metropolitan area, Montefiore's Faculty Practice Group (FPG) is a network of 200+ physician practices providing patient-centered care in the Bronx, Westchester, Manhattan, and Western Connecticut covering 26 specialties and sub-specialties. Under the auspices of Montefiore FPG, 2,450 physicians, 500 RNs/APPs, and 4,300 associates serve 2.2M+ patients annually and provide continuity of care by working closely with the other ambulatory divisions of Montefiore Health System, such as Montefiore Medical Group (primary care) and the Montefiore School Health Program, to ensure our patients receive coordinated care.
